Before we started, this house was in need of a lot of work. There's a brick garage on one end that someone else had started. It was supposed to have been a two-phase project, so we came in to do phase two, which was a kitchen addition. There was a screen porch over on the left hand side of the house, that got demolished, reframed with a new foundation. This became the new breakfast room and an enlarged kitchen. Part of the roof was raised, expanded, and we added on to the master bedroom upstairs. Every room in the house was redone in some way. It was a total remodel - they moved and were out of the house for six months.

Our client was very happy with the outcome.The remodel made it more of a home that they were able to share with their friends and provided a space for business related parties they host.
